What we collect

This website collects information in two ways. First, if you complete the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, country, enquiry type and message you provide. Second, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. IP addresses are anonymised.

Why we collect it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to conduct that engagement. Analytics data is used to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve it. We do not sell, rent or share either with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which relays the message to our email and does not retain the content. Our email is hosted by Zoho. Analytics are processed by Google. This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as there is a live business relationship or prospect, and reviewed periodically thereafter. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention period.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are those used by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block them in your browser settings or by using any standard tracking blocker; the site works normally without them.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request through the contact form and we will action it.

Client data

This policy covers this website only. Where we process data on behalf of a client under an engagement, that is governed by the agreement and any data processing terms applicable to that engagement, not by this page.
